📋 Description

• Define and maintain enterprise infrastructure and cloud architecture strategies aligned with business objectives • Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives focused on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies • Design, develop, and oversee implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions, including Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot • Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices across infrastructure, cloud, security, and AI domains • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security, risk management, and regulatory requirements • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders • Support affiliate integration projects and enterprise-wide technology initiatives • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and business value • Engage with strategic partners, vendors, and technology governance bodies to drive successful project delivery • Mentor technical teams and promote knowledge sharing across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bac+5 / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud architecture, solution architecture, or related technology leadership roles • Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure and technology transformation projects • Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture • Microsoft Azure Cloud Architecture • Microsoft 365 Solutions • AI Engineering and Generative AI • Azure OpenAI Services • Microsoft Copilot • Cybersecurity and Risk Management • Architecture Governance Frameworks • Infrastructure Transformation Programs • Systems Integration and Affiliate Integration Projects • Cloud Migration and Modernization • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Experience working with technology governance committees and executive stakeholders • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple European countries • Ability to influence strategic technology decisions and drive innovation • Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable, including Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, Microsoft 365, or equivalent
