📋 Description

• Lead employee listening efforts, including engagement surveys, focus groups, skip-level feedback, and other channels that help understand the employee experience • Analyze engagement, workforce, and organizational effectiveness data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across clinics, regions, functions, and leadership teams • Partner with HR and operational leaders to develop action plans improving engagement, communication, retention, team effectiveness, and manager capability • Support Great Place to Work and other culture initiatives by helping leaders interpret feedback, prioritize improvements, and maintain accountability • Serve as an internal consultant, facilitator, and coach to leaders on organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, employee development, and change • Lead and enhance talent-management practices, including talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, performance management, and individual development planning • Support leadership-development programs focused on coaching, feedback, communication, accountability, and employee growth • Facilitate workshops, team-effectiveness sessions, leader assimilations, and problem-solving discussions • Develop and execute change-management plans for HR, operations, technology, culture, and organizational transformation initiatives • Manage organizational effectiveness programs from planning through implementation, including timelines, communications, facilitation materials, stakeholder updates, and measures of success • Evaluate program outcomes using people data, operational indicators, survey results, and stakeholder feedback, recommending improvements as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • At least five years of progressive experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, learning and development, change management, Human Resources, or related discipline • Demonstrated experience supporting employee engagement, leadership development, career planning, performance management, change management, or talent-management programs • Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to analyze people data, survey findings, workforce trends, and qualitative feedback and translate them into clear, practical recommendations • Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, judgment, and the ability to build credibility and influence leaders at all levels • A resourceful, results-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate needs, overcome obstacles, and manage multiple priorities • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and service orientation • Must be available during East Coast business hours
