📋 Description

• Gather reporting requirements for healthcare organizations • Design and develop reports • Conduct testing and validation • Provide post-implementation support • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reporting project success • Design and build enterprise data platforms as a technical, architect-level leader • Influence, align, and bring together decentralized data teams and resources without direct reporting relationships • Operate within a cross-matrix management structure with dotted-line relationships to decentralized data resources

🎯 Requirements

• Databricks certification preferred • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, enterprise data platforms, or related areas, including leadership experience • Healthcare data experience, including familiarity with clinical data, EHR ecosystems, interoperability, and related healthcare data environments • Experience designing, building, modernizing, or scaling enterprise data platforms • Experience with Databricks/lakehouse architecture strongly preferred • Technical, architect-level leadership with ability to design and build data platforms • Strong understanding of the broader data ecosystem, including areas such as data integration • Ability to operate within a cross-matrix management structure with dotted-line relationships • Ability to influence, align, and bring together decentralized data teams and resources without direct reporting relationships • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
