📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' marketing services and success with the program • Build strong client partnerships and understand client needs • Identify client business goals and use marketing strategies and products to help achieve them • Handle client requests within current SLA standards and coordinate internally for resolution • Monitor and troubleshoot clients' social and reviews dashboards • Meet with assigned clients monthly or quarterly depending on their package • Provide phone, email, and web conference support as needed • Ensure clients receive access, implementation, training, and support required by client service agreements • Monitor client websites weekly, identify potential issues, and escalate appropriately • Provide monthly reports on marketing performance and advertising metrics with education and strategic recommendations • Identify growth opportunities for GeniusVets or LifeLearn products • Present successful client metrics to generate excitement and appreciation • Deliver monthly social content calendars using pre-made content and custom post templates when applicable • Monitor, escalate, and engage with client reviews and social media accounts within SLA standards • Demonstrate how products and services meet customer objectives and desired outcomes • Review client accounts weekly in Salesforce and update health status • Escalate at-risk clients to the Manager and Head of Client Success according to the Escalation Playbook • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience related to digital marketing, including website, SEO, or social media • Understanding of current digital marketing trends • Comfortable with extensive client meeting involvement and strategic account management • Effective meeting facilitation and client management skills • Strong communication and detailed feedback handling skills • Ability to adapt quickly, pivot priorities, and remain focused in a fast-changing environment • Strong work ethic and ability to sustain effort toward long-term goals • Analytical mindset with ability to make recommendations, decisions, and solve problems • Advanced written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented documentation • Experience communicating with technical staff, non-technical staff, teammates, and all levels of leadership • Working understanding of social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Experience using Google Drive • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds • Regular and reliable attendance required for this full-time position • Experience in the veterinary industry, basic SEO knowledge, other marketing experience, basic website editing/Drupal, and remote work experience are helpful but not required
