β€’ Build the go-to-market foundation for Proxima's mobile vertical β€” including outbound strategy, positioning, and sales process β€’ Scale Proxima's mobile advertising business across mobile gaming studios, social casinos, and app-based advertisers focused on user acquisition and growth β€’ Drive revenue through custom audiences and targeting solutions designed to help advertisers acquire high-value users more efficiently across digital channels β€’ Act as a consultative partner to UA, growth, and marketing teams β€” advising on audience strategy, targeting approaches, and customer acquisition initiatives β€’ Help gaming and app advertisers leverage proprietary audience data to improve campaign performance, scale growth, and reach high-value users

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in ad tech, mobile advertising, gaming, performance marketing, or SaaS β€’ Track record of building pipeline and closing revenue in a new or developing market β€’ Existing network of contacts within mobile gaming publishers, app advertisers, or UA/growth teams strongly preferred β€’ Deep interest in mobile gaming, social casino, app growth, and user acquisition β€’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and excited to help build a business from the ground up β€’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage growth, UA, and marketing stakeholders β€’ Motivated by outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and helping shape the early sales motion for a growing mobile-focused team
