📋 Description

• Oversee software development projects from start to finish • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers • Architect, develop, and maintain software applications based on business and technical requirements • Tackle complex technical challenges and improve software performance and functionality • Participate in Daily SCRUM and make technical decisions • Update SCRUM boards and tasks during workflow until marked “Done” • Collaborate with other PSI teams to ensure software meets user needs and business goals • Establish and oversee processes for documenting software development processes and code • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate new tools and techniques • Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to provide appropriate technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development • Minimum 5 years developing software, preferably on a Microsoft platform • Minimum 5 years of working experience with a DBMS such as SQL Server or similar • Knowledge of networking and software-defined networking in cloud environments • Experience with large-scale production systems • Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting new or existing software • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or imaging CRO setting
