BotCity is a software platform that enables enterprises to build, orchestrate, govern, and scale automation based on code (notably Python) and computer vision. It provides a cloud orchestrator, developer tooling, session and infrastructure management, security and compliance features, and integrations with major cloud and office platforms to centralize governance and reduce risks from unmanaged scripts (Shadow Python). BotCity targets enterprise IT and automation teams, offering SaaS delivery, orchestration, observability (KPIs/insights), and support for deploying automations across VMs, containers and serverless environments.

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze client requirements and propose automation solutions • Design workflows aligned with business goals • Develop, test, and deploy Python automations using BotCity’s platform and best practices • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code • Follow team standards, code reviews, and Git version-control processes • Monitor, debug, and optimize production automations for reliability and performance • Document processes, code, and architecture for technical and non-technical audiences • Provide technical support and training during project handover or customer onboarding • Collaborate with project managers, QA, and clients to deliver projects successfully and on time • Improve development practices, tooling, and project workflows • Deliver automation projects on time and within scope • Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders through regular updates • Report to the Delivery Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 2+ years of Python development experience • Hands-on experience with automation or RPA projects • Solid understanding of APIs, data manipulation, error handling, and debugging • Experience with Git version control and GitHub Flow • Experience with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion • Portuguese — Fluent • English — Advanced • Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team • Takes ownership and acts with a bias for action and executive autonomy • Stays coachable, earns trust, and collaborates with humility with clients and peers • Puts the customer first and uses data to support recommendations and continuously learns • Preferred: experience in professional services, IT consulting, or customer delivery roles • Preferred: exposure to Agile methodologies • Preferred: experience in an early-stage, high-growth, fast-paced startup environment • Preferred: familiarity with BotCity tools • Preferred: Spanish — Intermediate
