📋 Description

• manage and help execute the PLM Upgrade projects • driving hands on execution of the upgrades of PLM Products hosted in Cloud • managing different phases of the PLM upgrade projects, from request phase till hypercare • motivating fellow project members inside and outside the cloud organization • ensuring on time and quality delivery • work closely with multiple global teams comprised of Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Applications, Cloud Database and fellow PLM Upgrade Engineers • responsible for hands-on execution of Upgrades, analyzing client requirements; designing, building, testing, documenting, supporting and ensuring quality Implementation and Education Content deliverables for the projects assigned to the PLM Upgrade team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in a technical field (IT, CS, Programming, etc.) + 3 years of technical work experience • Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills • Must be a US Citizen and have or be able to obtain a secret government clearance • Deep knowledge with PTC PLM Windchill Product Suit – Especially around the Technical Upgrade Process • Proficiency with Windows and Linux OS • Strong motivation to learn new technologies • Strong troubleshooting skills • Basic networking experience • Knowledge of bash scripting • Ability to maintain and implement effective application software on multiple technical platforms using one or more families of languages: Java SE, JavaScript, web services (REST, XML, etc.) • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook • Knowledge of Active Directory, Single Sign on technologies like Ping Federate and shibboleth • Knowledge of Database technologies, Oracle and Postgres • Basic Project Management Capabilities
