• Develop and run an AWS environment for self-service web applications • Validate and deploy software releases for large multi-locale IVR applications • Write and execute SQL to make configuration changes to applications • Use Jenkins and Groovy scripting to collate and stage release files • Use Unix commands to troubleshoot system and network behavior
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Amazon CloudWatch, EC2, Elastic Load Balancing and CodePipeline • Operations administration with Linux, MacOS, and Windows • Networking concepts and troubleshooting • Code repository and change management systems • Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Groovy and Tomcat (desired) • Familiarity with Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) • Experience with Speech enabled IVR applications • Java programming (desired)
