📋 Description

• Develops and executes AI-assisted automation covering functional, security, boundary, and other necessary test cases • Designs, implements, and maintains intelligent automated testing solutions across web, mobile, and API platforms • Designs and builds AI-powered automated tests and frameworks for complex software systems • Validates AI model outputs against expected behavior and performance metrics • Partners with software engineers to improve automation feasibility and coverage • Coordinates across teams to deliver high-quality software within defined scope and timelines • Promotes coding standards and conducts peer reviews • Reduces automation maintenance through strong engineering practices • Leads R&D efforts and evaluates AI automation tools • Mentors junior team members • Supports continuous integration practices and validates AI model performance and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience automating test cases using AI tool • Familiarity with machine learning concepts • Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python • Experience with automated testing tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills • Debugging skills • Solid knowledge of SQL for analysis and debugging • Experience building measurements and continuous improvement into software • Ability to satisfy complex business requirements through simple design and execution • Experience with load and performance testing • Experience with front-office financial services operations is a plus • Experience with continuous deployment/integration is a plus • Ability to work independently and understand application functionality through reverse engineering code • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of professional experience • 2+ years automating functional tests for software written using .NET stack, including C# or VB.NET and ASP.NET MVC • SQL Server competency in SQL, queries, and stored procedures • 1+ years of professional experience using AI tools to automate API and/or UI tests
