📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and interpret structured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting business objectives • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI • Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities • Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for relational databases • Assist with gathering business requirements, documenting reporting needs, and developing analytical solutions • Support logical and physical data model development and maintenance • Develop and maintain report specifications, data dictionaries, business definitions, and technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related field • Required bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline • Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Microsoft Power BI • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation preferred • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis features • Understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing principles • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate business insights effectively • Familiarity with data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance techniques • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps, preferred
