⢠Coordinate, analyze, validate, and submit regulatory data requests from state insurance departments, the NAIC, and other regulatory agencies ⢠Ensure timely and accurate reporting of personal lines insurance data, including premiums, exposures, claims, underwriting results, and other business metrics ⢠Analyze regulatory data against statutory financial statements and prior regulatory filings ⢠Identify, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies before submission ⢠Maintain consistency across reporting cycles using established reporting methodologies and institutional knowledge ⢠Manage recurring and ad hoc regulatory data requests and competing priorities ⢠Plan, prioritize, and coordinate cross-functional activities for collection, validation, and submission of regulatory information ⢠Identify and mitigate risks affecting reporting timelines; escalate issues and engage subject matter experts ⢠Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve data gaps and determine reporting approaches ⢠Serve as primary point of contact with regulatory agencies regarding data clarifications, requirements, timelines, and extension requests ⢠Partner with Legal, Product Management, Actuarial, Claims, Service Operations, Accounting & Finance, and other business units ⢠Serve as liaison between regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders ⢠Foster cross-functional relationships to align regulatory reporting with business operations and compliance requirements
⢠High school diploma or equivalent required ⢠Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for two years of relevant experience ⢠Six or more years of analytical experience in insurance or a related industry ⢠Experience across multiple business functions preferred ⢠Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ⢠Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as SQL, SAS, Visual Basic, or similar technologies ⢠Working knowledge of insurance operations, accounting principles, and rate-making concepts ⢠Strong analytical, research, statistical, and problem-solving skills ⢠Ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet competing deadlines ⢠Ability to collaborate in a team environment and build effective cross-functional partnerships ⢠Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred ⢠Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation preferred ⢠Previous mentoring or coaching experience preferred ⢠Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the United States ⢠CSAA does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must not require immigration support now or in the future
