📋 Description

• Development of complete engineering design packages for protective relaying and communications systems • Provides technical direction and on-the-job training to drafters, engineering technicians, and less experienced engineers • Developing, nurturing and maintaining trusted relationships with senior level engineering, managers, and executives with current or prospective clients • Confidently and comfortably present technical solutions to key customers • Work collaboratively with the appropriate groups/individuals to develop and implement technical solutions • Plays a critical role in establishing technical direction for Relay Settings organization • Provides leadership by assigning and reviewing projects or job tasks and mentoring of less experienced engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (not engineering technology program) • An international engineering degree will be considered • A post graduate engineering/science or business degree is also preferred • Fifteen (15) or more years of electrical engineering experience is required • Experience in protection and control engineering is required
