📋 Description

• Support the development and coordination of company-wide business resilience strategies across assigned markets • Coordinate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) training and exercises, including scheduling, delivery, documentation, and plan validation • Monitor BCP compliance and conduct regular plan reviews • Report on program status, metrics, and readiness • Help develop BCP and Crisis Management (CM) policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines • Brief business partners • Maintain enterprise mass notification system coverage • Coordinate with stakeholders during incidents that may affect operations • Contribute to program improvements, control enhancements, regulatory reviews, and post-incident assessments • Develop reports and dashboards to highlight readiness, risks, and gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant certifications are preferred • Equivalent education, certifications, training, and experience may be considered • 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate security, the private sector, or a public agency • Experience with business continuity planning, training, tabletop exercises, and presentations to varied audiences • Experience developing awareness and training programs • Experience supporting the full lifecycle of business continuity tools and platforms • Experience implementing solutions such as BCP systems and mass notification tools • Must reside in PA, DE, FL, NC, SC, TN, ID, or VA • Relocation assistance is not available
