📋 Description

• Serve as technical lead of the Web Applications Platform team • Build and maintain shared services, including authentication/identity and configuration • Own the build and deployment path into each hospital customer's isolated environment • Set technical direction and own the roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders • Write code or configurations as needed • Lead cross-team efforts and make architectural choices affecting multiple applications • Define standards, context, and guardrails for AI coding tools to support secure and compliant code and applications • Report to an engineering manager responsible for team health and career growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production software • Experience on a platform, infrastructure, internal tools, or developer-facing team • Strong Python, Django, and FastAPI skills • Real depth in Kubernetes and GitOps delivery (Helm, ArgoCD) • Experience owning an authentication / authorization system • Excellent project management skills: breaking down, estimating, sequencing, and communicating about work in progress • Clear written and verbal communication; influential beyond one team • Employment contingent upon satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background investigation and drug test
