📋 Description

• Lead a five-person team forward-deployed to a client site • Apply problem-solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to drive AI-powered operational transformations at health systems • Partner with Qventus R&D leadership and embed with client operational, executive, and IT teams • Develop a deep understanding of client context and Qventus capabilities to identify high-leverage opportunities for bespoke AI Operational Assistant workflows • Design, execute, and optimize bespoke AI Operational Assistant use cases at the client • Leverage LLM-based AI such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA to build advanced conversational systems • Use agentic frameworks and tools • Apply conversation modeling techniques including state machines, decision trees, and graph-based flows • Integrate bots with APIs, CRMs, and enterprise systems • Enhance bot functionality with custom scripts, API calls, and external system integrations • Tune and improve AI agents using real user data • Monitor and resolve agent breakdowns, mismatches, and fallback issues • Develop and run unit, regression, and A/B tests • Implement real-time monitoring, analytics, and logging • Shape client use cases with the AI Solution Consultant • Collaborate with Qventus architects, engineers, and data scientists and client end-users and IT teams to define and refine product requirements • Refine LLM integration and behavior with software engineers and data scientists • Document conversation logic, prompt structures, and decision workflows • Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across the forward-deployed client team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and proven track record in product management or solution architect roles • Strong communication and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels • Hands-on experience with agentic design, prompt engineering, and architecture • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar • Expertise in emerging LLM technologies • High customer empathy and passion for real-world impact • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues independently • Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and user iteration • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams • Ability to travel as needed to client sites, expected 25–50% • Experience with voice-enabled conversational AI systems is a bonus • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG is a bonus • Experience applying knowledge graphs in AI agent workflows is a bonus • Prior experience building AI agents or automated workflows in healthcare or other regulated industries is a bonus • Background in healthcare operations, medicine, and/or healthcare finance is a bonus • Employment contingent upon satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background investigation and drug test
