📋 Description

• Design and deliver innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and technical professionals • Partner with experienced project managers to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes • Serve as a technical expert within Wastewater Treatment • Develop into a project manager and work directly with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline • Hands-on experience in design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects • Strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and applicable regulations • Professional Engineer within the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain WI license within 6 months • 5+ years of experience in designing or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects • Familiarity with regional wastewater issues and municipal government clients • Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure projects • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results • Previous Project Management Experience • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future • Must reside in Wisconsin or the Chicago, IL area
