📋 Description
• Provide oversight of Team Lead(s) and Representatives • Act as the primary point of support, training, and coaching for team performance • Drive team success by meeting client objectives • Create a solid virtual team through regular communication • Maintain performance to ensure success for client objectives
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • 5 years leadership experience in a healthcare call center • Management experience in high-volume call center • Working knowledge of EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner • Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals • Ability to maintain KPI reporting and ACD Metrics
