📋 Description

• Lead governance of IT function operations, including financial oversight and business effectiveness • Own processes for creating and evaluating strategy, setting goals, managing metrics, and ensuring communications and employee engagement • Define and execute an evergreen process for enterprise and departmental IT strategies • Create operational forums to review strategy alignment and effectiveness • Establish IT budget and forecast management roles and responsibilities with Corporate Finance • Provide center-of-excellence support for estimation and forecasting • Align approaches for headcount, partner, and capital expenditure • Define capital planning processes with budgets and forecasts • Create and lead the project management office to ensure effective delivery • Define critical operating metrics with peers and ensure tracking and escalation • Ensure effective IT communication across the enterprise and with external stakeholders • Create transparency and facilitate coordination within IT using forums and tools • Create and lead an employee engagement approach • Define and lead operations-discipline practices • Implement accurate measurement systems and ensure transparency and escalation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree • Minimum of 12 years of experience • At least 8+ years of leadership experience within a technology and/or healthcare setting • Experience leading enterprise-wide technology governance functions within F500 companies • Demonstrated experience leading communications across board, external stakeholder, and internal audiences • Strategic, enterprise thinker with strong execution discipline • Comfortable operating in transformational, complex environments • Strong communicator able to work across differing audiences
