📋 Description

• Lead the Palantir practice across business development, talent management, delivery, and operational excellence • Define and communicate the practice vision aligned with the Palantir partnership roadmap and organizational goals • Own practice growth, including sales, recruiting, client accounts, engagements, and operations • Build reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and case studies • Lead and develop Forward Deployed Engineers, Forward Deployed Strategists, Software Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers • Mentor practitioners and support Palantir certifications and enablement • Provide thought leadership on the Palantir platform and delivery model • Manage engagement risk, economics, planning, budgeting, accounts receivable, and deliverables • Maintain client satisfaction and oversee quality and delivery standards across the Palantir portfolio • Identify growth opportunities and shape offerings around the Palantir platform • Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and mission owners • Guide ontology, pipeline, and application design on Palantir • Explore emerging Palantir capabilities, including AIP and agentic workflows • Develop whitepapers, talks, workshops, and other thought leadership • Work directly with clients to define mission objectives and agile, pod-based delivery roadmaps • Collaborate with internal teams, Palantir, and clients on technical and mission requirements • Support pre-sales through technical insight and solution shaping • Organize and participate in knowledge-sharing, technical meetups, workshops, and communities of practice • Capture and share engagement learnings • Travel up to 30% during peak periods

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership experience • 10+ years of consulting/professional services experience • Proven experience managing a business line and P&L • Experience launching or scaling a practice or platform-centric service line • Demonstrated experience delivering client engagements on Palantir Foundry, Gotham, and/or AIP • Experience with ontology design, pipeline and application development, and operational deployment • Familiarity with embedded, pod-based forward-deployed delivery • Experience managing senior-level Forward Deployed Engineers, Forward Deployed Strategists, and Software Engineers • Ability to advise government, defense, or regulated commercial clients • Proven financial management and business operations experience • Experience leading transformation projects involving change management, organizational design, process mapping, and platform implementation • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence • Experience leading strategic pursuits for key accounts and capability-focused deals • Experience with partner-led opportunities • Prior experience building or scaling a practice around Palantir or a comparable ISV/platform partnership strongly preferred • Ability to lead delivery pods from technical design through go-live • Willingness to travel up to 30% during peak periods
