📋 Description

• Design, model, and administer GTM compensation plans, including quota-setting and accelerators • Own end-to-end compensation calculations with accuracy and a clean audit trail • Build and maintain dashboards and analyses for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue trends • Own the HubSpot instance end-to-end, including architecture, data hygiene, integrations, workflows, and user enablement • Support administration of all GTM systems • Identify manual RevOps and GTM workflows and lead AI-powered automation or augmentation efforts • Continuously improve sales processes • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and other departments to align goals and remove friction

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment ideally • Hands-on experience with GTM compensation design and calculations • HubSpot admin-level proficiency • Experience integrating HubSpot across the GTM stack • Strong analytical skills • Excel/Sheets fluency required • Active use of AI tools to improve workflows • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to work without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship
