📋 Description

• Generate and qualify outbound sales leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling • Conduct ongoing research to identify new prospects, obtain contact information, and initiate targeted campaigns • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert initial interest into sales-accepted leads • Articulate a compelling value proposition and secure qualified meetings for Account Executives • Accurately track all prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system • Partner with Account Executives to strategically target accounts and build pipeline • Achieve and exceed quarterly targets, including qualified lead and meeting quotas

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German & English • Previous experience working in a customer facing environment either over the phone or face to face • Ability to effectively uncover customer needs and qualify outbound sales leads • Conduct on-going research to identify new leads and obtain contact information for targeting campaigns • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to partner and strategise with Account Executives to target prospect accounts and build pipeline • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Accountability for driving outcomes and hitting quarterly qualified lead/meeting quotas • Strong understanding of own strengths and areas for growth
