📋 Description

• Own Ravenna’s product positioning, messaging, and market narratives • Lead go-to-market strategy for new features and major product updates • Coordinate launches across product, sales, and marketing and drive adoption • Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning, and talk tracks • Partner with product and engineering to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits • Shape Ravenna’s brand through content, messaging, and narratives • Develop customer and market insight to improve messaging and guide product decisions • Support demand generation through aligned campaigns, content, and outbound efforts • Drive product understanding through content, documentation, and product education • Work closely with founders, the go-to-market team, product, sales, engineering, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning product marketing for a technical product, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software • Strong writing and storytelling ability • Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives • Technical curiosity and ability to understand how systems work • Ability to engage meaningfully with product and engineering teams • Experience communicating with enterprise buyers in IT, Security, or Operations • Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences • Comfortable executing directly by writing content, building decks, and launching campaigns • Ability to work without relying on large teams or external agencies • Strategic and execution-oriented approach • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Ownership and accountability for product-market communication
