📋 Description

• Lead client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders • Analyze client Quote-to-Cash processes, systems, and challenges • Develop and present strategic recommendations to optimize pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement QTC solutions and drive project success • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure long-term success and adoption across the revenue lifecycle • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem • Deliver implementations with an AI-first toolkit for phases of the project lifecycle • Mentor junior team members and drive innovation across the full revenue lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 5+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, Billing, or Revenue Operations consulting or a related field • Architecture experience with platforms such as Salesforce (Revenue Cloud / CPQ / Billing), Nue.io, BillingPlatform, DealHub, Conga, Zuora, Stripe, or other leading QTC solutions • Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and delivering measurable business outcomes • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically across the full revenue lifecycle • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
