📋 Description

• Lead all operational aspects of the Third Party Risk lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, issue management, periodic reviews, and ongoing monitoring • Ensure efficient execution of TPRM processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory and Raymond James risk management requirements • Partner with Risk Management, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Internal Audit, and other subject matter experts • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve business satisfaction while maintaining risk controls • Establish executive reporting and dashboards covering third-party risk exposure, operational performance, and remediation activities • Oversee critical and high-risk supplier populations and governance activities • Lead during regulatory examinations, audits, and risk reviews involving third-party risk practices • Partner with the CPO on digital transformation, AI, and technology strategy • Serve as product lead for procurement and third-party risk technology platforms • Define and execute technology roadmaps for digitization, automation, and AI-driven process improvements • Lead transformation initiatives focused on efficiency, user experience, controls, and scalability • Establish enterprise governance structures for procurement operations and third-party risk management • Provide strategic recommendations and decision support to senior executives and governance committees • Ensure readiness for audits, regulatory reviews, and internal control assessments • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Participate in executive forums and represent Procurement in enterprise-wide strategic initiatives • Lead, develop, and mentor teams across procurement operations, third-party risk operations, process excellence, and analytics • Build organizational capabilities and succession planning strategies • Establish performance expectations and accountability measures • Promote a collaborative and customer-focused culture • Create a best-in-class supplier onboarding and third-party risk operating model • Improve procurement process maturity, governance, automation, analytics, AI capabilities, stakeholder satisfaction, and supplier experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Procurement, Third Party Risk Management, Supplier Management, Operational Excellence, or related disciplines • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise procurement operations and third-party risk management programs • Strong understanding of regulatory expectations related to third-party risk management within the financial services industry • Proven success leading large-scale transformation, process optimization, and technology initiatives • Experience interacting with executive leadership, internal audit, regulators, and governance committees • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Financial Services industry experience preferred • Experience with Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, ProcessUnity, OneTrust, Archer, or similar platforms preferred • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CRISC, CISA, PMP, or equivalent preferred • Experience implementing AI and intelligent automation solutions within procurement or risk management functions preferred
