📋 Description

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product stakeholders throughout requirements, design, implementation, and release • Identify risks early and ensure product quality • Review business and technical documentation for gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks • Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and testable • Manually test complex features and user flows • Define and refine acceptance criteria and edge cases with the team • Write clear, actionable bug reports • Maintain test documentation • Contribute to the growth of testing practices and suggest process improvements • Help shape the product as an active user

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software testing experience, with a strong focus on web applications and UI/UX validation • Hands-on experience testing payment flows • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle • Hands-on experience with shift-left testing, including early involvement in reviewing requirements, validating designs, and identifying potential risks • Experience creating test documentation, including user scenario-based checklists and clear, well-structured bug reports • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a startup environment with evolving documentation, independently and collaboratively • Ownership, initiative, and strong communication skills • Good written and spoken English • Availability within ±4 hours of GMT+1 to ensure sufficient workday overlap
