📋 Description

• Collaborate with Global Technology and Customer Fulfillment leadership to set the direction for global distribution warehouse systems • Lead strategic planning, operational management, and compliance for the global distribution network • Develop and manage current and future M&A activities to bring sites to required system-integration capability levels • Ensure global distribution system activities and processes comply with ISO standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, Trade Compliance, VAT, Health & Safety, and applicable laws and regulations • Establish and enforce programs for MAWM code maintenance and operating-system currency • Participate in the Global Customer Fulfillment Leader Team and develop and execute U.S. and global logistics-technology strategies • Identify logistics needs to support business growth and develop and implement new logistics-technology models • Ensure Business Continuity Plans are in place for global distribution locations • Build organizational capability and advance distribution processes through warehouse and transactional automation solutions • Lead and manage integration vendors and partners to ensure on-time system go-lives • Support RealTruck core values and organizational culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field required • 10+ years of program management experience required • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Wrike • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in ERP, OMS, and WMS configuration/design • Experience with Manhattan, IFS, or Korber is a plus • Experience with SQL is a plus • Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and vendor/partner management • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for global distribution operations • Frequent travel may be required; ability to travel as needed • Ability to perform sedentary office work and use standard office equipment
