📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions supporting mission-critical business objectives • Develop scalable machine learning pipelines and intelligent automation workflows • Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for operational use • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify AI-driven innovation opportunities • Prepare, transform, and engineer data for machine learning and predictive analytics • Deploy, monitor, and improve production machine learning models using MLOps best practices • Support NLP, document intelligence, RAG, and generative AI initiatives • Develop APIs and automation integrating AI capabilities into enterprise workflows • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical client solutions • Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives • Document technical solutions and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, or data science solutions • Experience programming in Python and working with machine learning or AI frameworks • Experience deploying AI or machine learning solutions within cloud or enterprise environments • Understanding of data engineering concepts, model lifecycle management, and software development best practices • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, LLMs, NLP, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI agents highly desired • Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Palantir Foundry, AWS AI Services, or Google Vertex AI highly desired • Experience with Python, SQL, Spark, MLflow, LangChain, vector databases, REST APIs, Git, MLOps, model deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or DevSecOps highly desired • Federal consulting experience and experience supporting VA, DoD, DHA, CMS, HHS, or other federal agencies • Active Public Trust or Security Clearance, or ability to obtain one
