📋 Description

• Modernize enterprise IT operations for a federal customer through automation, orchestration, and machine-assisted intelligence • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation/ARM • Design and deploy Robotic Process Automation workflows • Deploy and tune AIOps and observability platforms to correlate events, detect anomalies, and trigger auto-remediation • Automate across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments • Write reusable scripts in Python, PowerShell, and Bash • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps toolchains • Support 24x7 operations through monitoring, orchestration, and backup/recovery tooling • Maintain patches, hardening, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and security updates • Document automation and track error-reduction and efficiency improvements • Collaborate with engineering, networking, and development teams to eliminate manual toil

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar • At least 3 years of relevant experience • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform and Ansible • Experience with RPA, orchestration, and scripting in Python, PowerShell, and Bash • Cloud experience across AWS and/or Azure and hybrid on-premises environments • Experience with monitoring, observability, or AIOps platforms • Working knowledge of ITIL service management, change management, patch management, and vulnerability management • Familiarity with FISMA, NIST 800-53, or FedRAMP, or eagerness to learn them • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance • Acceptable results of a background investigation • Certifications such as AWS/Azure Associate-or-above, Terraform Associate, or ITIL 4 are listed as desirable • Prior federal or DHS experience is listed as desirable
