📋 Description

• Independently support the design, deployment, and operation of Reprise Financial's Azure environment, including AKS, App Service, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, and Key Vault • Deploy and maintain Azure resources and networking using Bicep/ARM Infrastructure as Code • Monitor cloud cost, SKU utilization, performance, and capacity using native Azure tooling and reporting • Support AKS cluster operations and coordinate workload deployments with DevOps GitOps tooling • Assist with cloud security hardening, vulnerability remediation, access control, and cloud posture findings • Balance security work, planned project initiatives, and incident escalations • Support multi-cloud initiatives involving AWS and GCP resources • Troubleshoot cloud incidents, document root causes, and implement corrective actions • Partner with Network Engineering on Cloudflare and edge-related issues and with Security • Maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, and configuration documentation • Contribute to disaster-recovery testing using Azure Backup • Support compliance evidence for GLBA, NIST CSF, SOC 1, and PCI-DSS audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Three or more years of hands-on Azure experience across compute, storage, networking, and identity services • Experience with Bicep or ARM templates for Infrastructure as Code • Working knowledge of AKS/Kubernetes fundamentals and GitOps-based deployment concepts • Familiarity with Azure Key Vault, GitHub Secrets, and cloud security fundamentals, including identity, network segmentation, and hardening • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across DevOps, Network, and Security teams • Exposure to AWS and/or GCP services is a plus • Azure certification, such as AZ-104 or equivalent, is preferred • Must reside in one of the employer's approved locations by the start date
