📋 Description

• Provide expert support for the internal migration of the SAP Business One environment from Microsoft SQL Server to SAP HANA • Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams and develop best practices for future customer projects • Document lessons learned, potential pitfalls, and proven approaches • Support partners and end customers in migrating existing on-premises B1 systems to the Cloudiax Cloud • Analyze customizations, bespoke developments, add-ons, and existing processes • Assess migration feasibility, required adjustments, and risks • Develop clear, concrete, and traceable migration roadmaps • Provide technical and process-related support to partners and customers throughout the migration • Work with Partner Management and Development to identify and support migration projects • Help shape the target architecture for Business One Version 11 with Linux, Kubernetes, and Web Client • Identify processes and weaknesses suitable for extensions or AXeLANT, Cloudiax’s AI automation platform • Collaborate with the Innovation and Product teams on the continued development of AXeLANT • Evaluate the Service Layer as the API foundation for extensions and integrations • Build internal knowledge of common B1 add-ons and assess potential replacements in the new architecture • Focus on solution design and customer engagement rather than hands-on programming

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP Business One consultant, ideally with migration, rollout, or system replacement projects • Excellent process knowledge in SAP Business One • Experience with the Service Layer and external add-ons • Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP Business One ecosystem • Ability to assess opportunities, limitations, and risks realistically • Interest in Web Client, cloud technologies, Linux/Kubernetes, and AI • Willingness to challenge existing processes and replace workarounds with modern approaches and AXeLANT automation • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly • A conceptual approach to work and the ability to connect current requirements with future target architectures • Native-level German • Fluent business English for collaboration with international partners and customers
