📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and recommend learning strategies • Design and develop performance-based e-learning, video, instructor-led, and blended-learning solutions • Align with business stakeholders to evaluate learning strategy impact on organizational goals • Follow instructional design processes and adult learning principles • Deliver learning solutions according to project timelines and provide timely project updates • Engage stakeholders to understand learning requirements, gather content, clarify issues, raise risks, and provide status updates • Create consistent, high-quality, on-brand materials following accessibility best practices • Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend modifications based on business goals • Follow technical specifications to deliver and implement materials for learner needs and hosting requirements • Update and revise existing content for continuous improvement • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate training experience in instructional design and development or educational equivalency • Ability to write clearly for intended audience and purpose • Experience creating learning deliverables using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate 360 • Ability to write, design, and structure content for documents, video, eLearning, and instructor-led content • Ability to ideate and offer learning design suggestions • Proven experience with eLearning design for ILTs and VLTs • Articulate 360 proficiency • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
