📋 Description

• Establish the base pricing process across all acquired organizations • Assess current pricing practices, identify gaps, and drive standardization • Build and maintain a pricing playbook covering rate cards, margin thresholds, approval workflows, and escalation protocols • Onboard newly acquired businesses into the pricing framework • Own the annual pricing anniversary cycle and account-level rate decisions across Major, Medium, and Select segments • Establish deal governance, including approval workflows, override justification, and audit trails • Partner with Sales/CE, Finance, and Operations to align pricing with business strategy • Build pricing dashboards and KPI reporting on margin health, pricing outcomes, and discount pool utilization • Conduct ad-hoc pricing analysis and peer pricing reviews • Assess AI/automation impact on BPO pricing economics and track the competitive landscape • Identify and implement automation opportunities, pricing tools, and digital pricing workflows • Maintain and manage digital pricing workflows and tools, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and organizational adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred • 5–8+ years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or deal pricing within IT and ITES • Experience integrating pricing across acquired or multi-entity organizations preferred • Exposure to insurance industry operations (BPM, claims, underwriting support) preferred • Experience with pricing tools/CPQ platforms preferred • Familiarity with AI/automation in pricing preferred • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Access, and strong Excel skills • Customer-centric mindset • Must reside within the United States • Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements
