📋 Description

• Design and build scalable data migration, pipeline, and integration workflows for analytics and operational use cases • Develop and maintain curated datasets, semantic models, and reusable data assets for reporting and analytics • Evolve the modern data platform, including lakehouse environments and ingestion frameworks • Establish best practices for performance and reliability • Lead delivery of dashboards, data products, and self-service analytics • Partner with product, platform, and domain experts to deliver end-to-end data solutions using insurance industry context • Foster collaboration across data engineering, analytics, and platform teams • Impact client outcomes and ReSource Pro’s data modernization services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field • Deep P&C insurance experience in policy, claims, billing, or underwriting, including familiarity with carrier data models • 10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data platform development, or analytics engineering, including production operations and ownership of difficult technical problems • Hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines, data integration workflows, and ETL/ELT processes • Experience with cloud-native data platforms, including medallion and lakehouse architectures; Azure preferred, Microsoft Fabric a plus, AWS acceptable • Proven experience developing curated datasets, data models, and semantic layers for analytics and reporting • Experience enabling dashboards, reporting, and data products for analytics use cases • Demonstrated ability to ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across pipelines and datasets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions • Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Ability to travel up to 30%, domestic • Technological proficiency and ability to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems • PMP/SAFe, CPCU/AINS, CDMP, or cloud provider certifications are preferred, not required
