β€’ Pre-screen incoming driver candidate applications. β€’ Make/receive outbound/inbound calls. β€’ Conduct phone interview with applicants to qualify the applicant. β€’ Conduct background investigations to properly verify the qualifications of the applicant. β€’ Follow up with applicants to advise them of the progress of their application. β€’ Scheduling approved applicants to attend New Hire Orientation. β€’ Documenting all recruiting activity and status of application in Tenstreet (ATS). β€’ Follow up with Drivers after orientation and being hired to ensure smooth transition into their new position. β€’ Provide feedback weekly on lead numbers and quality.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 years recruiting drivers. β€’ Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines. β€’ Organized and effective under pressure. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to provide valuable and timely customer service to candidates, hiring managers and senior level management. β€’ Solid computer skills
