📋 Description

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals • Drive websites to top positions in Google and maintain stable rankings in competitive niches • Create and execute content and link-building plans • Analyze SERPs, competitors, and market landscape to identify growth opportunities • Set SEO goals and ensure KPI achievement • Monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare regular reports • Plan and manage budgets in line with defined KPIs; optimize costs and ROI • Generate and test SEO hypotheses and explore new traffic acquisition channels • Prepare and assign technical tasks for content, development, and analytics, and control their execution • Potentially coordinate cross-functional content, development, analytics, and outreach teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the gambling/iGaming industry in a related SEO role • Hands-on experience working with the EU market • Tier1 market experience is a strong plus • Proven track record of promoting websites in competitive/grey niches within the last 3–6 months • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors • Ability to quickly make decisions and adapt websites to search engine updates • Strong understanding of website architecture, development principles, and technical SEO fundamentals • Practical experience working with search engine filters, manual penalties, and domain blocks • Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO optimization • Experience preparing and assigning technical tasks for content, development, and analytics, and controlling their execution • Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify root causes of performance issues • Proficiency in Ukrainian, written and spoken • Experience with WordPress configuration and website launch is nice to have • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams is nice to have • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to dig deep to find answers is nice to have • Understanding of price–quality ratio when evaluating backlinks and domains is nice to have • Experience with alternative or grey-hat promotion methods is nice to have • Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML at site administration level is nice to have • Experience automating business processes is nice to have • Confident use of modern LLM systems is nice to have
