📋 Description

• Deliver the AI enablement program across the business through foundational training, role-specific sessions, hands-on labs, and self-paced pathways • Design and maintain AI learning curricula from baseline literacy and prompting fundamentals through workflow integration and agent building • Run weekly office hours, team workshops and labs, protected practice time, and monthly showcases • Build and lead the AI Champion Network, including nomination, selection, training, roundtables, recognition, and rotation • Progress activities from centrally led to co-facilitated to champion-led • Serve as the named enablement partner to every department and co-design department-specific enablement plans • Monitor department-by-department adoption, identify blockers and next interventions, and escalate stalled functions • Partner with HR and People Ops to embed AI proficiency into role definitions, onboarding, goal-setting, performance conversations, career pathways, and internal mobility • Work with HR on adoption messaging, manager enablement, and recognition programs • Co-own mandatory learning and policy acknowledgement with HR and L&D, including completion tracking, compliance reporting, and the Learning Hub as system of record • Define adoption metrics, track engagement and capability progression, and report results to function leaders, HR, and the ELT

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and qualifications relevant to the role and variable compensation plan • Ability to deliver AI enablement for audiences ranging from complete beginners to advanced builders • Ability to design and maintain AI learning curricula across proficiency levels • Experience with prompting fundamentals, workflow integration, and agent building • Ability to run weekly office hours, team workshops, labs, protected practice time, and monthly showcases • Ability to build and lead an AI Champion Network across functions, regions, and levels • Ability to develop train-the-trainer certification, roundtables, recognition, and term-based rotation • Ability to partner with function leaders to understand workflows and pain points and co-design enablement plans • Ability to track adoption, proficiency progression, engagement, capability progression, and reuse • Ability to partner with HR, People Ops, and L&D on employee lifecycle integration, change communications, mandatory learning, policy acknowledgement, completion tracking, and compliance reporting
