• The Human Resources Generalist is primarily responsible for the oversight of all Human Resources functions for the site. • Ensure that the Human Resources goals and objectives are met. • Reports to the HR Manager.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field. • Two years of Human Resources experience; or six years of equivalent experience may be substituted. • Master’s degree, certification and/or PHR are preferred. • Minimum of two years of human resources experience in employee relations, training and/or employment. • Knowledge of Federal and State employment law, Human Resources policies and practices, and governmental licensing requirements. • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
