📋 Description

• Build and support automations running live in production • Implement exception handling, logging, error recovery, and multi-system integrations • Write SQL queries for data manipulation, extraction, and validation within automated pipelines • Deliver software within an Agile framework, participating in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming • Potentially develop advanced orchestration, data manipulation, and custom API connections using Python or PowerShell • Potentially work with Microsoft Power Platform, REST APIs, webhooks, AI-assisted development tools, agentic automation, IDP, process/task mining, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on RPA development experience with UiPath as the primary platform • Proven track record building and supporting automations running live in production • Deep mastery of exception handling, logging, error recovery, and multi-system integration • Practical experience writing SQL queries for data manipulation, extraction, and validation within automated pipelines • Current, active UiPath developer credential (e.g., Automation Developer Professional, Automation Developer Associate, Specialized AI Professional, or valid Advanced RPA Developer / UiARD) • Demonstrated experience delivering software within an Agile framework, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming • Preferred: Practical Python or PowerShell scripting • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, REST APIs, webhooks, or AI-assisted development tools • Preferred: Exposure to agentic automation patterns, Intelligent Document Processing, process/task mining, or secondary RPA platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps/Jira, and enterprise systems
