📋 Description

• Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms • Review applications and resumes • Source candidates when needed • Contact candidates by phone, email, and text • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews • Coordinate interviews and follow-up communication • Maintain accurate candidate notes and applicant records • Assist with offer and onboarding coordination • Keep hiring managers updated on recruiting activity and candidate progress • Recruit for various positions depending on current company openings

🎯 Requirements

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience required • Basic understanding of the recruiting process • Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized and able to manage multiple open positions at once • Able to work independently in a remote environment • Comfortable learning applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms • Reliable computer and internet connection
