📋 Description

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, and business growth • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts • Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to execute SEO initiatives • Create and manage long-term content and optimization roadmaps • Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and business outcomes • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local SEO initiatives • Analyze competitors, industry trends, and search opportunities • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and changes in search behavior • Evaluate the impact of AI-driven search experiences and recommend strategic adjustments • Present findings, recommendations, and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders • Mentor and support junior SEO team members when applicable • Potentially manage one or more SEO team members

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of SEO experience managing competitive SEO campaigns and client accounts • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, local SEO, and on-page optimization • Experience managing multiple SEO projects or client accounts simultaneously • Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, and Google Business Profile • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience communicating directly with clients and presenting recommendations • Agency experience preferred • Experience working with law firms or legal marketing clients preferred • Experience managing or mentoring SEO team members preferred • Familiarity with E-E-A-T principles and content strategy development preferred • Knowledge of AI-driven search trends, AI Overviews, AEO, GEO, and emerging search technologies preferred • WordPress experience preferred • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
