📋 Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, audit leaders, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop tailored curriculum solutions • Collaborate with RSM’s inspection programs to identify learning needs and integrate inspection themes throughout learning curricula • Design and develop courses, workshops, and resources aligned with industry standards, firm policies, and best practices • Oversee the creation and delivery of relevant, up-to-date curriculum content for auditors at various experience levels • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and data, making continuous improvements • Stay current with learning and development industry trends and incorporate new approaches into curriculum strategy • Oversee other curriculum developers as necessary, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field • CPA is required • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing and learning and development, with a focus on curriculum development • Strong understanding of the auditing profession and standards, and the unique learning needs of auditors • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective curriculum content and initiatives • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and build strong relationships • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making • Must be located in the United States • RSM does not intend to hire entry level candidates who will require sponsorship now or in the future
