📋 Description

• Lead full life-cycle project management for large, multi-workstream initiatives • Define scope, develop timelines, design processes, and drive cross-functional execution • Own program outcomes and ongoing operations in alignment with objectives, policies, and governance requirements • Provide high-touch support and issue resolution for executives • Develop communications for program launches, updates, and recurring annual processes • Coordinate system, data, payroll, and process integrations, including requirements, testing, reconciliation, validation, issue resolution, and implementation • Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models • Conduct audits and compliance reviews • Partner with payroll on annual calculations and data validation • Manage vendor relationships, performance, service delivery, issue resolution, contract processes, data quality, and business alignment • Collaborate across HR, payroll, digital, legal, supply chain, and risk management teams • Travel up to 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience • Background with cross-functional project management • U.S. citizenship is required • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Preferred: Project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Preferred: Continuous improvement, process automation, AI enablement, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact experience • Preferred: Strong customer relations skills supporting senior leaders • Preferred: Problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and root-cause analysis capabilities • Preferred: Financial acumen involving payroll concepts, compensation data, forecasting, and compliance-related processes • Preferred: Data analytics, reporting, trend interpretation, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders • Preferred: Experience creating executive-level materials • Preferred: Background in a large multinational company • Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
