⢠Drive Global Mobility COE strategy, programs and policies related to Global Mobility systems and key processes ⢠Govern individual tax compliance and equalization policy ⢠Design and manage the tax vendor strategy ⢠Develop and standardize RTX tax processes, such as tax authorization, with Payroll, Corporate Tax, HR, global mobility operations and tax vendors ⢠Manage and govern a global employment company ⢠Innovate process and data visualization in mobility technology ⢠Manage and resolve complex employee and business escalations across the assignment lifecycle ⢠Monitor mobility innovation and policy trends and identify opportunities to apply them ⢠Develop training and communications for Global Mobility stakeholders ⢠Define requirements and develop and manage governance reports ⢠Communicate with HR, legal, tax, finance and payroll to align cross-functional teams on new mobility concepts, practices and approaches ⢠Improve mobility processes and systems using RTX resources, business needs and industry best practices ⢠Assist with development, harmonization and implementation of processes supporting and improving the global mobility service delivery model ⢠Travel required up to 10%
⢠Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience ⢠Strong communicator with proven relationship skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels ⢠Proven excellent organization, planning and decision-making skills ⢠Ability to balance business and employee needs while meeting legal and regulatory requirements ⢠Strong project management skills to drive complex projects to close ⢠Understanding and experience with global mobility operations ⢠Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems by identifying root cause, designing solutions and executing the outcome ⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and initiative to solve problems ⢠Experience with Equus or a comparable Global Mobility technology platform preferred ⢠Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future ⢠No security clearance required
