📋 Description

• Drive the talent agenda and align people strategies with business objectives • Integrate RTX values into business and people processes to develop talent and foster employee engagement • Lead change initiatives and organizational effectiveness projects • Analyze team structures and role responsibilities; recommend reporting lines, spans of control, and job leveling • Implement workforce planning initiatives and talent mobility programs • Assess business challenges and opportunities and operationalize workforce strategies • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance • Serve as a trusted HR advisor and ambassador for business leaders and employees • Provide HR counsel to optimize business processes and performance • Facilitate team dynamics workshops, conflict resolution, and collaboration practices • Partner with Collins/RTX Centers of Excellence and central functions on best-in-class solutions • Coach, mentor, and influence leaders and decision-making • Lead and support strategic Digital Technology projects, including technology implementation, reorganizations, M&A, and divestitures • Collaborate with Digital Technology leadership, HR teams, Culture and Technical Development leaders, and broader HR thought partners • Travel up to 25%, primarily domestically

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience • Prior HR experience required • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Experience presenting to Executive Leadership • Experience driving results through others; broad management and leadership knowledge to lead projects • Change management skills and ability to partner with the business to drive organizational change • Experience using Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze and present data • HRBP experience supporting leaders across a globally dispersed footprint • Ability to support standard US working hours and flex occasionally for a globally dispersed footprint • Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily domestically • Security clearance not required
