📋 Description

• Partner with client groups in a complex matrix and fast-paced environment involving domestic and international employees and leaders • Execute the resource plan in partnership with Talent across the project, coordinating Corporate|ES and Business Units • Support an enterprise-wide PST HR Council and drive project HR milestones • Partner with business leaders on talent management, organization design and development, change management, and employee engagement • Partner with Enterprise HR, Corporate teams, HR Centers of Excellence, and People Services to implement program strategies • Advise and coach leaders and employees on engagement, team development, and organizational effectiveness • Support workforce planning, performance development, change management, succession planning, employee relations, salary planning, and incentive compensation • Assess and resolve employee relations issues with appropriate stakeholders • Travel up to 25%, or as needed

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience • Prior HR experience as an HR Partner or Center of Excellence • U.S. citizenship required • Experience leading a large transformational initiative, including organization design, change management, executive stakeholder management, and strategic workforce planning • Experience working in a complex matrix environment • Virtual leadership experience and ability to interact with people in multiple locations • Prior experience in project management • Excellent HR partner skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels • Self-starter with initiative and independent judgment • Ability to manage and influence complex and evolving priorities • Experience working with senior leadership • Strong analytical skills and expertise in systems • Ability to anticipate second- and third-order effects when making recommendations • Willingness to travel up to 25%, or as needed
