📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional people strategies aligned with business objectives • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, workforce, organizational effectiveness, and change management • Lead workforce planning, succession management, leadership development, and talent strategies • Design and implement organizational structures, transformation initiatives, and workforce solutions • Use workforce analytics, business insights, and HR metrics to inform decisions and identify risks • Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture through engagement, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness initiatives • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on talent, learning, total rewards, and HR operations • Ensure execution of performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives • Lead, coach, and develop HR talent • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while managing workforce-related risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • Master's degree in a related field preferred • 12+ years of experience in human resources, HR business partnering, workforce planning, talent operations, people governance, or a related field required • 8+ years of experience in a people management capacity required • HRM, SHRL, or equivalent certification preferred • PMP or equivalent certification preferred • Strategic thinking • Change management • Data-driven decision making • Data analysis and modeling • Technical learning • Innovative and agile mindset • Strategic and operational workforce planning • Ability to develop innovative and agile HR solutions • Ability to build and lead technical and leadership development programs • Ability to balance long-term goals with day-to-day operational needs • Strong business acumen • Expertise managing complex, cross-cultural dynamics across global regions
