📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment matters • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and HR documentation • Manage HR onboarding for U.S. and Canadian new hires • Facilitate new hire orientation and coordinate onboarding activities with Payroll, IT, hiring managers, and other stakeholders • Support HRIS administration, system testing, process improvements, and data management initiatives • Maintain accurate employee records and generate standard and ad hoc HR reports and metrics • Support compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations • Assist with HR audits, policy administration, and compliance initiatives • Coordinate the annual performance management process and support managers and employees during performance reviews • Coordinate statutory and company-sponsored leave programs across the U.S. and Canada • Administer employee benefits, enrollments, qualifying life events, and Open Enrollment activities • Coordinate learning and development program logistics and support training initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role • Experience administering HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee data • Experience supporting employees across the United States • Experience supporting Canadian employees is preferred • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations • Familiarity with Canadian employment standards is considered an asset • Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs • Strong analytical skills with experience producing HR reports and working with HR data • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
