📋 Description

• Provide HR best practices and continuous improvement, mentoring and guidance under corporate strategy and regional processes • Understand regional business strategy and objectives • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders • Coach and educate regional managers on organizational design, performance management, change management, employee engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development • Develop business leader capability through ongoing coaching on organizational and management issues and feedback on performance • Participate in client group leadership and management team meetings and discussions • Establish consistent and standardized HR program delivery strategies with HRBP colleagues • Collaborate with the HR Service Center and Communities of Expertise to develop and implement HR programs and solutions • Share situational experience and best practices to support growth and development • Analyze HRIS trends and metrics to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs • Collaborate on strategies addressing emerging issues and trends • Communicate and educate managers and staff regarding organizational policies and procedures • Maintain currency and support regional understanding of jurisdictional employment legislation • Develop integrated approaches and education supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives • Assist regional management in reducing legal risk and enabling fair and consistent employee treatment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or another related field preferred • A professional Human Resources designation would be considered an asset • 5 plus years of experience working with multiple human resource disciplines • Knowledge of Human Resources functions, processes, and best practices • Knowledge of employment-related legislation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office support systems • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems • Ability to maintain professionalism, credibility, and confidentiality • Collaborative approach with colleagues, employees, and external contacts • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent demands • Analytical ability and sound judgment, including applying established guidelines and criteria in diverse situations • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
