📋 Description

• Provide corporate process guidance and operational advice to on-site international HR Generalists regarding US-specific HR workflows, timelines, and documentation • Support the end-to-end corporate onboarding lifecycle for US-based staff preparing for international project assignments • Ensure US employment administration compliance prerequisites and pre-mobilization checks meet organizational standards • Act as the primary US-based point of contact for program leadership, resolving complex deployment coordination issues • Provide advisory, corporate communication, and administrative process/documentation support to international staff on request • Maintain HRIS data integrity for the US worker cohort in Workday through routine audits • Execute HRIS requisition processing and track data accuracy from job profile assignment through global mobilization • Generate workforce data integrity reports and identify administrative bottlenecks or documentation compliance gaps • Coordinate and track US-based candidates, including medical clearances, drug and alcohol screening, and regional compliance checks

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced operational proficiency in Workday or an equivalent global enterprise HRIS platform • Proven experience maintaining data governance and managing job profiles • Previous exposure to international assignments, expatriate mobilization, or cross-border logistics coordination highly regarded • Ability to work entirely remotely with minimal oversight and bridge communication between US and international project sites • Exceptional written and spoken English language skills • Strong operating knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and integrated software applications • High-level problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to maintain total confidentiality regarding business operations and labor-management strategies • Current valid, unrestricted US Driver’s Licence • Valid US Passport • Minimum active or ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance and ability to maintain it • Ability to obtain a higher U.S. Top Secret clearance if required by mission needs • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; equivalent foundational experience and professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR highly evaluated • Minimum 4–6 years of progressive HR experience • Ability to flex working hours across global time zones while remaining within a maximum of 40 hours per workweek • Adequate medical clearance applicable to the role • Successful completion of drug screening, including possible pre-hire screening for marijuana and other federally controlled substances • Compliance with Amentum’s environmental, health, safety, quality, and operational procedures
